Who am I ?

My story
Passionate about cooking, and a lover of meetings around good dishes, my relationship with food has not always been good.

After an overweight adolescence and several years of daily stomach aches without understanding the cause, eating had become a source of stress.
Every day, I was exhausted after lunch, and around 5 p.m., my stomach was visibly swelling, with the discomfort and pain that goes with it.
Despite several medical examinations, no diagnosis has been found, and therefore no solution in sight.
It was after years of research, reading and experiences that I was finally able to understand what was wrong: lactose and soy intolerance, intestinal dysbiosis, and so on...
All this research helped me to better understand how our body works, how to nourish it well without it being a constraint or a punishment, and above all the importance of food in preventing health problems.
The birth of Krisly Food
My mission was this: to find how to combine indulgence and health, how to move away from preconceived ideas about healthy food being sad, bland and tasteless.

This is how I wanted to continue to share my love for food with those around me, by sharing my gourmet recipes that are yet healthier than the classics, and this is how Krisly Food was born.
​
To follow this passion through to the end, and driven by the desire to help as many people as possible, I decided to make it my main activity, by becoming a certified nutrition coach.
